  • 1.5 lb Chinese salted pork
  • 1.5 lb Fresh bamboo shoots, peel and cut into small wedges
  • 3 oz Bean curd sheet, cut into 3×6 inch rectangles, roll along the long side, twist and tie into a knot(please watch video)
  • 0.25 cup Cooking wine
