This delicious gluten-free Potato Pizza is super easy to prepare and ready in 30 minutes. Thin melt-in-your-mouth slices are perfect for brunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
  • 5 oz. Potato
  • 4 count Eggs
  • 1 oz. Canadian Bacon
  • 0.5 cup Cooking Oil
  • 0.5 oz. Finely chopped green onion
  • 2 cup Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tap Ground black pepper

Shred the potatoes into thin strips, then wash in cold water. Drain and set aside.

Shred the Canadian Bacon into thin strips. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, add salt, shredded Canadian bacon, chopped green onion and shredded potatoes, stir and mix well.

In a cooking pan, add oil, spread to oil entire bottom, pour in the prepared potato mixture, and fry like a pancake until the egg is not liquidy.

sprinkle a little chopped green onion and cheese on the top, pour a tablespoon of water along the side of the pot, cover the lid for 30 seconds.
