Chocolate Banana Cake is creamy and rich with a decadent taste. Thanks to the rich chocolaty ingredients this is an amazing cake done in just a little time. Decorate with banana or any other type of fruit as per your preference.

Ingredients:
  • 3.5 oz. Chocolate
  • 2.1 oz. Unsalted butter
  • 0.52 oz. Cocoa powder
  • 3.8 oz. Whole egg
  • 1.7 oz. Granulated sugar
  • 1 Large Banana
Directions:

Melt the chocolate and butter in a hot water bath.

Put the bowl over a hot water bath and warm the egg mixture to about 40 C. When it is warm, remove it from the hot water.

Beat on high speed with the mixer for about 5 minutes. When the dough starts to hang in ribbons... Turn the mixer on low speed to get the dough texture. Mix for 2 minutes.

Add the sprinkled cocoa powder and mix.

Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture. Mix with a spatula.

Cut the bananas into slices about 3mm thick. Top with as many bananas as you like.

Bake in the oven at 356 ℉/180 °C (for 20-23 minutes. The dough is done when it is soft in the center and almost cooked around the edges. Chill in the fridge overnight before eating.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
