Ingredients:
  • 1 Whole Turkey
  • Marinade
  • 2 Medium Apple
  • 2 Medium Yellow Onion
  • 10 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup White Wine
  • 4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tbsp. Chili Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Large Lemon
  • Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. Weber Sriracha Rub
  • 1 tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Five Spice Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • Olive Oil
Directions:

Make the marinade sauce - first put the apples, onions, garlic, water, whiskey, salt, cumin, paprika, and black pepper into a blender and make a sauce.

Put the turkey in the roasting pan, pour the sauce to spread evenly, then squeeze the lemon juice, stuff it with Italian parsley, and put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

In a medium bowl, stir together the garlic powder, Weber's chili powder, onion powder, allspice, and salt to combine.

After cleaning the marinated turkey, wipe off the water, gently pull up the turkey skin on the abdomen, spread the butter evenly on the meat, then spread the spices, pour a little oil on the outer turkey skin, then evenly spread the spices, put in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

Bake in a hanging oven for 2-2.5 hours at 350°F-180°C/400°F-200°C.
