  • 1/2 cup Oats (possibly extra thick, and no instant oats)
  • 1/4 cup Milk (any dairy or non-dairy milk of preference, i.e. cashews or almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt plain (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Maple syrup
  • Raspberry Almond flavor
  • 14 oz. Base
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry jam
  • 2 tbsp. Almond butter
  • Toppings:
  • Pistachio, crumbled
  • Raspberries, whole fresh
  • Carrot Cake flavor
  • 14 oz. Base
  • 1/4 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • Coconut shredded
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • Toppings:
  • Pecans
  • Raisins
  • Shredded carrots
  • Blueberry Almond flavor
  • 14 oz. Base
  • Toppings:
  • Banana sliced rounds
  • Shaved almonds
  • Blueberries
  • Mixed Berry flavor

  • 3 tbsp. Peach jam
  • Toppings:

Prepare the base: Add oats with milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup into a sealable jar or bowl and give it a stir until it's all combined. Let it soak in the fridge overnight for 8 hours. This will yield a creamier consistency.
