  • 2 tbsp. Oil
  • 5 oz. Ground Pork
  • tbsp. Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp. Fermented Black Soybeans
  • 1 tsp. Red Thai Chili Peppers
  • 1 lb. Dwarf Bean
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Put oil in a pan and turn on medium heat. Put the ground pork in the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Then add garlic, tempeh, and red pepper. Stir fry until fragrant. Add dwarf beans, Shaoxing cooking wine, water, oyster sauce, and sugar to the seasoning. Then stir fry for 1-2 minutes and sprinkle with a little salt.

Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
