A fragrant fried rice with sweet mushrooms and tender beef is a tasty meal to say the least. However, it is also rich in nutrition, healthy and incredibly easy to make. This recipe will show you how to make a simple, yet flavorful fried rice with mushrooms and beef.

Ingredients:
  • 9 oz. Beef Flank Steak

  • 1/2 tbsp. Soy Sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp. Cooking Oil

  • For The Beef & Mushroom

  • 1 cup White Crab Mushroom
  • 1 cup Beech Mushroom
  • 1 cup White Beech Mushroom
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp. Carrot
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped

Cut and mash the beef.

Add soy sauce, eggs, cornstarch and 1/2tbsp of oil. Mix well.

Turn on medium heat. Pour 1tbsp of oil into the pan. Then put the eggs in and fry them until they are cooked thoroughly. Set aside for later use.

Turn on medium heat, pour 1tbsp of oil into the pan. Then put the beef into the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes until the color changes. Then pick up and set aside.

Put in three kinds of mushrooms (mushrooms can be chosen according to personal preference) into the pot and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Pour in the rice and stir-fry evenly, then add the broccoli, carrots, beef, and eggs into the pot and stir-fry together.
