Ingredients:

1/4 tsp. Butter
3.5 oz. Butter
7 oz. Dark chocolate
2.4 oz. White sugar
2.4 oz. Yellow sugar
1.7 oz. Gravity
2 Large Eggs
Vanilla essence

Directions:

Coat the baking tray with butter. Put baking foil inside the tray.

Put dark chocolate and butter in a bowl. Melt them above hot water.

Add salt and let it cool on the top of a bowl with cold water.

Mix sugar and eggs. Let the sugar melt in hot water.

Make a bubble richer with a whipper.

Add melted chocolate, vanilla essence and gravity content to the mixture. Add also cocoa powder and whip.

Bake at 356 °F / 180 °C for 10 minutes and then 338 °F/ 170 °C for 30 minutes. Let the brownies cool for 30 minutes - 1 hour at room temperature.
