Making a super simple nougat was never easier. By using marshmallows this simple nougat is quickly ready on the table. Use nuts and dried fruits of your choice and the colors you like.

Ingredients:

1.7 oz. Butter
A pinch of salt
5.2 oz. Marshmallow
1.9 oz. Powdered milk
0.5 oz. Strawberry powder
1 tsp. Green tea
1.7 oz. Dried fruit
1.7 oz. Nuts

Directions:

Crush the dried strawberries to a powder.

Add powdered milk to it and mix.

Add butter to a pot and a pinch of salt. Melt the butter at low heat.

When the butter is melted add the marshmallows. Melt the marshmallows.

When it is ready add the strawberry-milk powder mixture and mix it properly.

Add the nuts and dried fruits. Coat them properly.

When done pour out on a tray coated with parchment paper.

Repeat the same for white color just leave out the strawberry powder and for green color add a teaspoon of green tea powder.

Let them cool and cut to shapes of your choice. Enjoy!
