4 SERVING
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cup Coconut powder
  • 3.16 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla essence
  • 2.4 oz. Butter
  • 7 oz. Sweet whipped cream
  • Nuts
Directions:
1
Butter the bottom of the 30x40cm oven pan. And cover it with plastic wrap.
2
coconut powder. Make sure the thickness is constant and spread it out evenly.
3
Mix milk, sugar, flour, and vanilla essence. If the flour doesn't mix well, you can sift it and mix it. Mix the flour that has settled on the floor again.
4
Stir it over medium heat so that the milk cream doesn't burn. When the cream starts to boil, lower the heat.
5
Add butter and boil until the cream thickens. Boil it until it becomes thick like porridge.
6
Cool down the cream before pouring it into the pan. When it's a bit warm, pour the cream onto the pan. Be careful not to let the coconut powder fly away.
7
Push the coconut powder as if you're pressing the spatula to spread it out evenly. Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
8
Whip the cream at high speed. Whip it until it's very firm.
9
Spread whipped cream on top of milk cream. After cutting it horizontally, Cut it into 4 to 5 pieces vertically.
10
Chop the nuts into small pieces. You can use as many nuts as you want in the type that you like. Sprinkle nuts in the middle of the cream.
11
You don't need to harden it separately. Just cut off the edges and you're done! Roll the cream carefully so that it doesn't rip.
12
If you don't have pistachio, so I replaced it with chopped pumpkin seeds :) Enjoy!
