This No-Oven Oreo Icebox Cake is amazingly refreshing, sweet, and full of flavors. The fresh cream cheese and the subtle caramel scent perfectly fit together.

Ingredients:
  • 20 Pieces Oreo biscuits
  • 10.5 oz. Sweetened whipped cream
  • 7 oz. Cream cheese
Directions:

Separate the cream from the cookies.

Stir the Oreo cream with a spatula.

Add cream cheese to the Oreo cream and stir with the spatula. Stir until the cream is smooth like mayonnaise.

Whip the cream until it is 60-70%

Divide whipped cream 2~3 times and mix it into the cream. If the cream becomes too hard, heat it in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds.

Spread the cream to the bottom of the mold with a certain thickness. If you like cookies, lay two cookies on the bottom. Repeat the procedure above and finish the last layer with cream. Trim the top of the cream neatly with a spatula.

Break the remaining cookies into small pieces and sprinkle them on the cake.
