Ingredients:
  • 3.5 oz. Dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg yolk
  • 2 Large Egg whites
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1.5 tbsp. Flour
  • 2.1 cup Milk
Directions:

Sugar, remember to have a bowl underneath so you can shake off excess sugar :) Roll the souffle cup so that the sugar evenly and thoroughly coats the inside. You can put the remaining sugar into a different container and coat the other souffle cups with sugar as well.

Melt the butter over low heat. A half tablespoon of flour. Over low heat, mix the flour with the butter to make a down, slightly toasting it.

Pour milk into the mixture. Mix it until it thickens.

Add chocolate into it and mix it until the chocolate melts.

Add an egg yolk to the mixture and mix it evenly.

Whisk the egg white to a light foam. Add sugar into it and whip until hard.

Add the beaten egg whites to the mixture and mix it until homogenous.

Add the dough to the coated baking dishes and bake at 374 °F/190 °C for 12-15 minutes.

Let it cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
