Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp. Yeast
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 0.7 oz. Sugar
  • 0.35 oz. Eggs
  • 0.7 oz. Butter
  • 8.8 oz. Flour
  • 4.2 oz. Butter
  • 4.2 oz. Water
  • Leftover eggs
Directions:

Mix yeast, salt, sugar, egg, melted butter, and water in one place.

When all the powders are melted, add the flour and mix.

When the dough is lumped together, cover with plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Knead the dough once more and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Spread the dough, divide the butter into 3 parts, and spread it thinly.

Fold it (refer to the video) and freeze it for 20 minutes. (Repeat 3 times in total) Spread out to a width of 7.25x25cm and cut off the edges.

Cut the dough to 9cm in width (total of 4 pieces, 2 scraps).

Stretch the dough slightly and roll it up carefully without any empty space.

Cover with a cotton cloth and ferment at room temperature for 4-5 hours.

Brush with the remaining egg water. Bake for 5 minutes at 390 °F/200 °C and 15 minutes at 350 °F/180 °C (requires preheating).
