                    Ingredients:
                            - 10 large Chicken Drumette
 - Marinade
 - 1/4 tsp. Salt
 - 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
 - 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
 - 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
 - 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
 - 1 tbsp. White Wine
 - 1 Large Egg
 - 2 tbsp. Custard Powder
 - 1/4 cup Corn Starch
 - 1/2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
 - Sauce
 - 2 tbsp. Lemon, Juiced
 - 1/2 tsp. Salt
 - 2 tbsp. Sugar
 - 1 tbsp. White Vinegar
 - 1/2 tbsp. Custard Powder
 - 2 tbsp. Honey
 - 1/4 cup Spirit Soda
 - 1 tbsp. Butter
 - 2 tbsp. Mashed Garlic
 - 1 sprig Dried Rosemary
 
Directions:
                                                            Step 1 - Marinate the chicken wings 2:

                                            Add salt, garlic powder, garlic salt, black pepper, white pepper, white wine, egg, custard powder, corn starch, and oil.

                                            Mix well and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
                                        Step 2 - Adjust the sauce:

                                            Add lemon juice, salt, sugar, white vinegar, custard powder, honey, and soda. Mix evenly.

                                            Deep fry the chicken wings over medium heat at 300°F/150°C for 2-3 minutes until light golden brown, then take it out.

                                            Re-fry for 1 minute when the oil temperature rises again so that the wings are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Now take it out.

                                            After the butter melts, add and fry half of the garlic paste. When garlic is cooked, add the rest of garlic and previously prepared sauce.
