Ingredients:
  • Crust
  • 10.5 oz. Grounded biscuits
  • 3.5 oz. Melted butter
  • 1 oz. Nesquik
  • 0.35 cup Milk
  • Cherries jelly
  • 21.1 oz. Cherries
  • 7 oz. Granulated sugar
  • 2.1 oz. Starch
  • Water
  • Glaze:
  • 7 oz. Chocolate
  • 3 tbsp. Oil
  • Cream Cheese Mixture
  • 7 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sweet sour cream (sugar if needed)/whipping cream

In a bigger bowl add the biscuits. Add the butter, Nesquik, and half of the milk. Then mix it all together. Add the rest of the milk and continue mixing. Mix it properly.

Take a tray. Put a mold in it, or you can do this in a baking tray with dimensions of 30x20 cm. Coate the sides with oil and place a baking paper inside so the crust doesn't stick.

Put in the crust mixture. Even it out. If you want a harder more crunchy crust don't add milk, just add the butter and if you want it softer add more milk. The crust is done put it in the fridge until we make the filling.

For the filling, we need the cleaned cherries, crystal sugar, starch, and some water. First, we're going to press the cherries a little bit so they get out some juice. And then put them in a pot where we're going to cook them.

Now we're putting that juice in a dish where you have a 500 ml label. Add water until we have 400 ml of the juice. Put the sugar over the cherries and we put it on the stove.

Now we're pouring the juice into a bowl a little bit less than half. Put the rest where the cherries are. Into the bowl with the juice add starch. Now we're waiting for the cherries and the juice to boil. When the cherries have boiled, let them cook for 2-3 minutes. After 2-3 minutes pour starch into it. Mix it until it thickens.

Now put the hot filling on the crust. Even it out. Shake it so it evens out. Let it cool until we make the chocolate.

Add 3 tbsp of sunflower oil over the chocolate. Put it in the microwave oven while heating it up on medium heat. After we have melted the chocolate put it on the top of the cherry jelly. Even it out. And then shake it so it evens out. Leave it to cool then we're finishing the cake.

Put cream cheese in a bowl, and mix it a little bit with a spatula. Normally we need to put the powdered sugar in the cream cheese, but the jelly is sweet enough. If you like sweeter cakes, feel free to add some.

Add whipping cream to a different bowl and then whisk it. Now that we have beaten the whipped cream, add the cream cheese. Mix it a little bit more with a spatula. The mixture shouldn't be very thick because it's going to thicken up more in the fridge. If you mix it up a little bit more than required, add a bit of milk. Add the white filling. First even it out then we're going to smoothen it out.
