This is a really tasty cookie you were looking for. This is the most delicious recipe in my opinion. It doesn’t shatter too weakly but has moderate rigidity. And it doesn’t feel too heavy, hard, or powdery. I also made a variation of chocolate flavor and matcha flavor, however, the plain flavor is the most delicious because the butter has the richest flavor. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:
  • Plain flavor
  • 3.9 oz. Unsalted butter
  • 2.2 oz. Powdered sugar
  • 1 oz. Eggs
  • 5.1 oz. Cake flour
  • 1.4 oz. Corn starch
  • 0.28 oz. Whole milk powder
  • 0.4 tsp. Salt
  • 0.4 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Chocolate flavor
  • 3.9 oz. Unsalted butter
  • 2.2 oz. Powdered sugar
  • 1 oz. Eggs
  • 4.2 oz. Cake flour
  • 1.4 oz. Corn starch
  • 0.28 oz. Whole milk powder
  • 0.7 oz. Cocoa powder
  • 0.4 tsp. Salt
  • 0.4 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Matcha flavor
  • 3.9 oz. Unsalted butter
  • 2.2 oz. Powdered sugar
  • 1 oz. Eggs
  • 4.3 oz. Cake flour
  • 1.4 oz. Corn starch
  • 0.28 oz. Whole milk powder
  • 0.45 oz. Matcha powder
  • 0.4 tsp. Salt
  • 0.4 tsp. Vanilla extract
Directions:

Lightly loosen the soft butter placed at room temperature.

Add salt and sugar powder and whisk until creamy.

When the sugar powder is gently mixed, add eggs and vanilla extract at room temperature that are not cold and mix them in 2-3 times.

Sieve all the flour ingredients and mix with a spatula.

After marking the sheet with a circle of 5cm in diameter, pipe it into a ring shape with a star-shaped piping tip.

Bake in a preheated oven at 320 °F/ 160 °C for 12 minutes.
