Ingredients:
  • Crust:
  • 2.9 oz. AP flour
  • 0.8 oz. Powdered sugar
  • 1.9 oz. Butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • Peeling:
  • 3.5 oz. Lemon juice
  • 5.2 oz. sugar
  • 1 oz. AP flour
  • 5.2 oz. Eggs
  • 5/8 tsp. Lemon zest
Directions:

Crust: Put all the ingredients in a bowl and rub with your hands to absorb the butter into the powder.

Press firmly on the bottom of the frame to make it flat.

Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 356 ℉/180 ℃ on the upper heat / 338 ℉/170 ℃ on the bottom.

Peeling: Beat the eggs well.

Add lemon juice and mix.

Add sugar and lemon zest and mix.

Pour the liquid mixture little by little on the side of the flour and mix well while loosening the lumps.

Pour the filling on the baked crust when it is still hot and bake for 25 minutes at 338 ℉/170 ℃ on the upper heat 320 ℉/160 ℃ on the bottom heat.
