These candied cashews and walnuts are super addictive! They make the perfect homemade gift or topping for a salad. The best part? Only 3 ingredients are needed and they’re ready in 15 minutes for each. You can make them with any nut that you prefer.

  • 1 lb. Roasted Walnuts / Unroasted Cashew Nuts
  • 3 cup Water
  • 4 cup Sugar

In a large wok, add water and sugar over medium high heat. Stir constantly until sugar melt completely.

Add the roasted walnuts into the melted sugar mixture, and mix well. Drain and set aside.

Heat the deep-frying oil in the wok over medium-high heat, add the walnuts and fry for one minute.
