Ingredients:
  • 2.4 Oz. Unsalted Butter
  • 3.5 Oz. Biscuits
  • 10.5 Oz. Cream cheese
  • 2.4 Oz. Sugar
  • 0.7 Oz. White chocolate
  • 1.7 Oz. Unsalted butter
  • A little of Lemon zest
  • 0.2 Oz. Lemon juice
  • 2.1 Oz. Sour cream
  • 1 Oz. Whipping cream
  • 1 Large Egg

Crush the biscuits. Add melted butter and mix.

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, white chocolate, and butter together, heat in the microwave or over water until it melts, and stir until soft and smooth.

Then add lemon zest, lemon juice, sour cream, light cream, and eggs one by one and mix well.

After pouring into the mold, upper heat 356 °F/180 °C, and lower heat 320 °F/160°C and bake for 30-35 minutes (no upper or lower heat setting: 170°C for 30-35 minutes).

Unmold and chill for 1-2 hrs, mix the sour cream, sugar, and lemon juice, pour it on the cake, refrigerate for more than 3-4 hours before eating.
