Ingredients:
  • 2 medium Banana, peeled
  • 1 cup Cookies (about 10-12 cookies)
  • 1 tbsp. Cocoa
  • 4/5 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 6 Small Mandarins, peeled
Directions:

Cut the bananas into smaller pieces.

Using a mixer, smash the bananas until smooth.

In a food processor, crush the cookies into fine crumbs (about 1 cup of crumbs).

Mix the crushed cookies with cocoa powder and the mashed banana until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese with honey using a hand mixer until creamy and white.

Place the biscuit dough on a sheet of parchment paper and roll it out into a rectangular shape.

Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.

Arrange 5-6 whole mandarins on top of the cream cheese layer.

Carefully roll up the dough with the cream and mandarins inside, using the parchment paper to help create a tight roll. Place the roll in the refrigerator to chill for a few hours until firm.
