4 SERVING
Ingredients:
  • 10 Pieces Waffles
  • 21.1 oz. Milk chocolate
  • 13.4 oz. Boiled condensed milk
  • 3.5 oz. Condensed milk
  • 1.7 oz. Peanut butter
  • 1 oz. Butter
Directions:
1
Prepare the Waffles: Begin by shaping your waffles to fit your mold. If using round cakes, trim them to size, ensuring they are about 3-5mm smaller than the edge of your mold. A cookie cutter or a sharp knife can help in getting the right size.
2
Make the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix together the boiled condensed milk, regular condensed milk, peanut butter, and butter. Stir until you achieve a smooth, homogenous mixture. This will serve as the decadent filling between your waffle layers.
3
Layer the Waffles: Place a waffle on a cutting board and spread a layer of the filling mixture over it, filling in the pores. Repeat this process, stacking the waffles with the filling until all waffles are used.
4
Prepare the Chocolate Coating: In a small pot, combine the milk chocolate with a small amount of vegetable oil. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
5
Assemble the Cake: Take your mold and pour a thin layer of the melted chocolate into it. Place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to harden.
6
Once the first chocolate layer is set, add another layer of chocolate to the mold. Carefully place the stacked waffles into the mold on top of the chocolate layer. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the waffles, ensuring even coverage on the top and sides.
7
Chill and Serve: Place the mold in the refrigerator and let the cake cool until the chocolate hardens. Once set, remove the cake from the mold and it's ready to be served. Enjoy your delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Waffle Cake!
