PRE TIME: 20 min
COOKING TIME: 10 min
TOTAL TIME: 30 min
4 SERVING
Ingredients:
  • 2.1 cup Milk
  • 13.4 oz. Nutella
  • 0.35 oz. Agar
Directions:
1
Prepare the Agar Mixture: In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the milk with agar. Whisk them together until the agar is completely dissolved in the milk. Let this mixture sit for about 15 minutes, allowing the agar to fully hydrate and start thickening the milk.
2
Cook the Mixture: After the agar has had time to set with the milk, place the saucepan over low heat and add the Nutella to the saucepan. Stir thoroughly to ensure the Nutella is well incorporated into the milk mixture. The goal is to have a smooth, homogeneous mixture with no lumps.
3
It’s crucial to stir constantly during this process to prevent any burning or sticking at the bottom of the saucepan. As the mixture starts to boil, you might notice some bubbles forming. Gently skim off any bubbles from the surface to achieve a smoother pudding. Once it has come to a boil, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool completely. This step is important to allow the agar to set and thicken the pudding.
4
Cool and Serve: After the mixture has cooled down, transfer the pudding into individual serving dishes or a large serving bowl. Place the pudding in the refrigerator for a little while if you prefer it chilled, or you can enjoy it at room temperature. Once the pudding is set to your liking, it’s ready to be served. Enjoy your creamy, rich Nutella Milk Pudding!
