2.8 oz. Flour
0.5 oz. Cornstarch
3 Large Eggs
Lemon juice
1.6 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1.6 tbsp. Milk
2.1 oz. Sugar
Vanillin
A pinch of salt
3.5 oz. Chocolate

Directions:

Take flour and corn starch. Sieve 2-3 times.

Add 3 egg whites into a bowl. Beat 40 seconds. Add some lemon juice, and add sugar in 3-4 batches. Beat to soft peaks.

Take the yolks and add a pinch of salt to them. Whip them until foamy.

In a small bowl add vegetable oil, milk, and vanillin. Mix them properly.

Mix the whites with the yolks. Stir gently without beating.

Add the sifted flour in 2-3 batches, and mix slowly from bottom to top. Mix a little protein blend with vegetable oil.

Pour 2/3 of the batter into the mold. Add chocolate. Cover with the rest of the dough.
