Ingredients:
  • Base:
  • 7 oz. Biscuits
  • 2.8 oz. Butter
  • Cream:
  • 3.5 oz. Powdered sugar
  • Cream cheese
  • 0.5 oz. Gelatin
  • Cream 33%
  • 1.5 Large Bananas
  • 0.7 oz. Lemon juice
  • 3.5 oz. Raspberries
  • Upper layer:
  • 0.35 oz. Gelatin
  • 0.7 oz. Lemon juice
  • 2.1 oz. Sugar
  • 1 Large Banana

Ground the biscuits.

Add the melted butter and mix.

Put it into a mold and push it down with a glass.

Mix the gelatin with the water.

Cut the banana into smaller pieces and put it into a bowl. Add lemon juice to it.

Mash the banana until smooth.

Mash the raspberries. Sieve it through a strainer.

Into a big bowl add cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cream. Mix it with a hand mixer.

Add melted gelatin and mix it with a hand mixer.

Divide into 2 parts.

Add mashed banana to one part and mix with a hand mixer.

Add raspberry puree to the other part and mix with a hand mixer.

Pour the white puree on the bottom of the cake.

Then add the other layer of the raspberry cream on top of it and mix it together. Put it into the fridge and let it cool.

Prepare another portion of gelatin mixed with water.

Slice the banana.

Take the cooled cake and add the sliced banana on top of it.

Heat water in a pot and add lemon juice and sugar. Add the gelatin to it and let it melt.

Pour the melted gelatin mixture on top of it and let it cool in the fridge for a couple of hours.
