4 SERVING
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 7 oz. Butter
  • 10.5 oz. Coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla essence
Directions:
1
Mash the butter at room temperature with a fork. Mix the butter with the condensed milk. Add vanilla essence and 250 g coconut. Stir the mixture until smooth and creamy. (If the mixture seems too harsh to you, you can add another 2-3 tablespoons of condensed milk).
2
Refrigerate the mixture for 1 day. After a day, take the mixture out of the refrigerator and shape it into round candies. You can measure the amount of coconut mixture with a teaspoon to make the candies the same size. Put an almond inside of each candy.
3
Roll the finished coconut candy into the remaining 50 g coconut flakes. Put the candy on a platter or in a nice box. Keep candy in the refrigerator. Rafaello candies are served cold as they melt at room temperature (although this is unlikely as the candies disappear quickly). Enjoy!
