These sweet buns are soft, fluffy and so delicious. Just a few ingredients and this delectable cake is ready to be eaten.

Ingredients:
  • 2.2 Pounds Flour
  • 0.6 tsp. Yeast
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 7 oz. Sugar
  • Salt
  • 0.8 cup Milk
  • 0.4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2.4 tsp. Vanilla sugar
  • Crystal sugar (to put inside each bun)
Directions:

Mix yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add milk, vegetable oil, one egg white, and one whole egg.

Add flour and vanilla powder. Form a dough.

Take out the dough and add some oil to the top of it. Knead the dough, create a round dough, put it back into the bowl, cover, and let it rest.

Divide the dough into the same-sized balls. Round them up.

Flatten them with the rolling pin to a round shape. Paste them with oil and sprinkle them with sugar.

Twist them up as per the video and create small balls out of them.

Coat the baking dish with some oil. Add the buns to it.

Cover and let them rise for an hour.

When risen paste egg yolk on top of them.

Put it into the oven and bake for at least 30 minutes.

When the buns have a golden top, the cake is ready. Enjoy!
