This Campfire Steak Pizza will provide you with a new experience of flavors on a pizza. It is prepared with beef steak meat, with spicy green chili, but also the light taste of spinach and mozzarella. Try and enjoy something different as a usual pizza taste!

Ingredients:
  • 7 Oz. Flour
  • 0.4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Oz. Instant yeast
  • 5 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 Medium Shallot
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 Large Beef steaks
  • 1 Large Red bell pepper
  • A big handful of Spinach, fresh
  • 3 Oz. Grilled olives
  • 6 Smaller Green chili
  • 3.5 Oz. Shredded mozzarella
  • 1 Can Peeled tomato sauce
Directions:

Make the dough. Mix sugar, salt, and yeast with warm water.

Sift flour to it and mix properly.

Add oil and knead the dough. When the dough is homogenous, cover and let it rise.

Chop the shallots and the garlic. Sautee them on oil.

Add peeled tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper. Set aside in a pot.

Prepare smaller, thinner slices of beef. Season with salt and pepper. Sear the meat on both sides in a frying pan.

When done take them out and cut them into thin pieces. Put them into a big bowl.

Slice red bell pepper, fresh spinach, grilled olives and add them to the bowl. Mix them all together.

Shape the pizza. Spread out the tomato sauce. Top with a mix of meat and vegetables.

Add green chili and shredded mozzarella on the top. Bake it for 30 minutes.
