Ingredients:
  • 5.2 oz. All-purpose flour
  • 1 oz. Melted butter
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla paste (omitable)
  • 1.4 oz. Sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 5.2 oz. Warm milk
Directions:

In a large bowl, mix salt, egg, and sugar.

Then, add vanilla extract (optional), butter, and milk and mix. (Butter and milk should be heated so that it is not too hot).

Add wheat flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve.

Put the mixture in the sauce jar or sealed plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes. If the mixture is too cold and hardens, leave it at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.

Heat the pan over low to medium heat. (No need to grease the pan, because butter is in it).

Cook both sides until golden brown. The soft texture is a light golden color/the crisp texture is dark brown.

Transfer the mini pancakes over a kitchen towel on the bowl and let it cool.
