Ingredients:
  • 3.8 oz. Butter
  • 7.7 oz. Cake flour
  • 3.8 oz. Brown sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 7 oz. Chocolate chips

Soften the butter.

Add brown sugar and mix until the butter and sugar are roughly mixed. (If you mix too much and the sugar melts, the cookies will not be moist when baked)

Add salt, egg, and vanilla extract and mix quickly so that the dough does not separate.

Add chocolate chips and sift the powder together.

Mix the dough. (The longer you mix the dough, the tougher it gets, so work quickly.)

Spread the dough with an ice cream scoop or your hands and pan it at wide intervals.

Bake at 338 °F/170 °C for 15 minutes (preheating required).

When the dough is baked, let it cool completely before tasting. Enjoy!
