Especially, this lime pie was the most delicious for my personal taste among the videos uploaded this year. The process is so easy and really literally anyone can make it without fail. You are not able to get key limes regardless of the season, so if you can’t get key limes, you can just replace them with regular lime (Persian lime) or lemon.

Ingredients:
  • Graham Cracker Crust
  • 4.2 oz. Graham crackers
  • 2.1 oz. Unsalted butter
  • 0.8 oz. Sugar
  • Lime Pie Filling
  • 3.8 oz. Sour cream
  • 10.5 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
  • 5.2 oz. Lime juice
  • 0.1 oz. Lime zest
  • Whipped Cream
  • 7 oz. Heavy cream
  • 0.5 oz. Sugar
Directions:

Graham Cracker Crust: Mix finely crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar.

Press firmly on the pie mold to make it hard. Let it set for a while in the freezer until use.

Lime Pie Filling: Add condensed milk to the sour cream and mix well with a whisk without lumps.

Add lime juice and zest to the sour cream mixture and mix.

Pour this cream on the pie and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 320 F/160 C. (Unox Convection Oven) * For conventional household ovens, increase the temperature by 10 degrees Celcius.

Cool at room temperature until lukewarm, then cool in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Whipped Cream: Add sugar to cold heavy cream and whip it to make whipped cream.

Place it on the chilled pie and decorate it.
