No-bake Plazma Cake is a biscuit cake recipe, incredibly delicious and so easy to make! This is how to make a simple cake without oven in under 20 minutes of active time.

Ingredients:
  • For the filling
  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • 6.3 oz. Sugar
  • 2.6 cup Milk
  • 3.1 oz. Starch
  • 3.5 oz. Butter
  • 7 oz. Sour cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • For the crust
  • 17.6 oz. Ground Plazma biscuits or any biscuit cookies
  • 5.2 oz. Butter, melted
  • 0.5 oz. Milk

In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, sugar and starch with about 4/5 cup (200 ml) of cold milk

In a saucepan over medium heat, add remaining 2 1/3 cups (550 ml) milk and cook until it steams and just begins to bubble around the edge of the pan. Then, add the egg mixture and stir until it thickens. Stir frequently over medium heat until it boils. Use a hand mixer to make sure there are no lumps.

Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the butter and vanilla extract. Then stir until the butter is melted and combined with the filling.

Finally, add the sour cream and mix everything again. Allow cooling while mixing the crust ingredients.

In a deep bowl, break the biscuits into small pieces with a mixer. Add melted butter and milk to the bowl. Mix the crust ingredients.

Coat the 10-inch/26-cm round cake pan lightly with oil, so that the cake can be removed easily later. Stir the filling again. Divide the crust mixture into 4 parts, 7 oz/200 g each.

Put the first part of crust on the bottom, then spoon about 1/4 cup of filling (may need a tad bit more) in between each layer and spread it over it out. Repeat until all layers have been stacked.

Put it in the fridge to let it cool for a few hours. Remove the cake from the mold, decorate as desired, and serve.
