Easy Oven Baked Paella With Shellfish and Chorizo

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Paella Rice
- 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 5 slices Chorizo
- 1 small Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp. Crushed Chill
- 1 tbsp. Parsley
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 5 Tiger Prawns
- 6 medium Clam
- 6 large Peas
- 8 Squid Ring
- 4 medium Scallop
- 1 tbsp. White Wine
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper
- 0.25 cup Tomato Paste
- 0.5 cup Spaghetti Sauce
- 0.5 tsp. Sugar
- 2 cup Chicken Broth
- 0.25 tsp. Saffron
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 0.25 cup Peas
- 1 tbsp. Parsley
- 1 Fresh Lemon
Directions:
Step 1

Heat up a skillet pan and dry fry the rice tossing occasionally until the rice is a partially light golden, set aside.

Add 2 tbsp oil to the pan and lightly fry the chorizo on both side set on top of the rice

Drizzle 2 tbsp oil into a pan and stir fry the onion, garlic, and crushed chill over Medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the minced parsley, butter, prawns, clams, mussels, squid rings, scallop, white wine, sugar, salt, black pepper, tomato paste, tomato sauce, sugar, rice, sausage, chicken broth; make sure to stir the ingredients together while adding them to the pan.

Add paprika and green peas. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat so that the rice can absorb the flavor.

Preheat oven to 160 °C / 320° F. Cover the baking tray with foil and bake for 15 minutes, remove the foil.
