This Pecan Bread Pudding is a delicious sweet for the holiday season. It is soft inside and crunchy outside with the beautiful taste of cinnamon, vanilla, pecans, and cream. Try and enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 6 Slices Bread (one-day-old better)
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • 4 Ea. Eggs
  • 2 Cup Milk
  • 3/4 Cup White sugar
  • 1 Tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup Toasted pecans (roughly chopped )
  • 1 Tsp Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:

Preheat oven 350°F / 175°C. Break the bread into chunks. Coat it with melted butter.

In a medium bowl, add the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla mix well.

Add the bread with the egg mixture allow to soak into the mix then add the pecans and place them into a baking dish.

Bake your pudding for approximately 45 minutes. The top of the pudding will spring back if you press on it when it's ready.

Garnish with some powdered sugar and serve with ice cream, custard, or cream.
