This is not the tangerine jelly you might think about. It’s a creative version of it! A jelly ball with a tangerine inside. Be creative and try it! These amazing tangerines everybody will like.

Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 6 Large Tangerines
  • 2.1 Cups Water
  • 1 Tbsp Baking soda
  • Ice water
  • 0.85 Cup Water
  • 0.2 Cup Lemon juice
  • 1.7 Oz. Sugar
  • 1.26 Cups Water
  • 0.7 Oz. Powdered gelatin
  • 1 Oz. Sugar
Directions:

Remove the tangerine peel and blanch in boiling water with baking soda for 30 seconds.

Wash and remove the tangerine peel in ice/running water.

Add lemon juice and sugar to water and mix until all the sugar is dissolved.

Put the tangerin oranges in a bowl and pour the syrup. Soak in syrup for a total of 6 hours, turning over for 3 hours each.

Add gelatin sugar to water and boil until all the powder is dissolved.

Cool the jelly until it becomes transparent and lukewarm.

Put the tangerin oranges in the ice ball, fill the jelly up to the mold line, close the lid, and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours to harden.

The jelly can be torn, so be careful to separate it into the mold.
