Ingredients:
  • 2 small Ripen banana
  • 5 1/8 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 7 1/25 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 cup Cake flour
  • 3 tbsp. Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 2 1/4 tbsp. Chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit).

Prepare the Banana Mixture: In a mixing bowl, place the ripe banana and crush it finely with a fork until smooth.

Add vegetable oil to the mashed banana and mix thoroughly until well combined.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients: To the wet ingredients, add brown sugar and salt. Mix until sugar is dissolved.

Sift in cake flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder into the bowl. Stir until no dry flour pockets remain.

Gently fold chocolate chips into the batter until evenly distributed.

Bake the Bread: Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling it about 80% full. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Note: Adjust baking time and temperature accordingly for different oven types. Ensure proper preheating.
