Today I made chocolate banana bread. It’s a very easy recipe that can be made in 5 minutes. But it tastes better than any banana bread so far.

Ingredients:

7 oz. Ripen banana
2.4 oz. Vegetable oil
3.5 oz. Egg
0.4 tsp. Vanilla extract
3.35 oz. Brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
4.5 oz. Cake flour
0.9 oz. Cocoa powder
0.1 oz. Baking soda
0.4 tsp. Baking powder
1.41 oz. Chocolate chips

Directions:

Put the ripe banana in a bowl and crush it finely with a fork.

Add oil and mix until oil is completely mixed with the banana.

Add eggs and vanilla extract at room temperature in a bowl and mix.

Add brown sugar and salt to the bowl and mix.

Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder and mix until no powder is visible.

Add chocolate chips and mix.

Pour the dough about 80% into a lined or buttered pan and bake it in a preheated oven for 160 degrees C for 45-50 minutes. (Unox convection oven) (320 degrees Fahrenheit) * For common built-in ovens, bake them up to 10 degrees C, and it may take more time. * Preheating is required. For small ovens, pre heat for 2 to 30 minutes.
