Ingredients:
  • 7 oz. Chocolate waffles
  • 5 Large Egg whites
  • 10.5 oz. Powdered sugar
  • 5.6 tbsp. Water
  • 0.35 oz. Gelatine or Agar-Agar (0.5 Oz.)
  • 0.7 oz. Cocoa
  • 3.5 oz. Chocolate
  • 2.82 oz. Butter
Directions:

Crush the chocolate waffles with a mixer.

Add it to the bottom of the mold and press down.

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.

Dissolve the gelatin in water.

Whip the egg whites by gradually adding the powdered sugar to it.

Add gelatin to the whipped whites and whip them together.

Add half of it to the mold as a layer on the crust.

The second half mix with cocoa powder.

When done pour this mix on top of the white cream and mix them together as per the video. Place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate and mix it with butter.

Pour the melted chocolate on top of the cake and paste it on the sides also. Place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
