This delicious and modest lamb dish is prepared with garlic, spices, and vegetables, most of those don’t even need to be cut or sliced. Just put them all in a baking pan and bake altogether. You would not regret it as the result will be a flavorful dish.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Large Lamb upper leg
  • 10 Large Potatoes
  • 0.4 Cup Olive oil
  • Salt, ground black pepper, paprika, thyme to taste
  • 10 Large Tomatoes
  • 7 Large Hot peppers
  • 2 Large Garlics

First, take a lamb's upper leg and cut the bone end.

Prepare a mix of spices. Add salt, ground black pepper, thyme, paprika into a mortar and crush them properly.

Take the lamb and make some holes into the meat with a big knife. Put the mix of spices made in the mortar and put on the meat from both sides, add some oil to the meat and paste it properly into the meat.

Take a clove of garlic and cut it in half. Put the two halves into the holes in the meat prepared before.

Put the lamb on the cooking pan and add the potatoes, season them with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Pour some olive oil on them.

Add the tomatoes into the same pan and the whole garlic cut in half. Also, add hot peppers cut in half. Add some oil and water to the pan and put it into the oven or fireplace. Bake for about an hour until the meat is soft.
