This Braised Beef Short Ribs is decadent and adds so much more to plain old beef dishes. Simple ingredients, great taste!

Ingredients:
  • 2 lb beef short ribs
  • 9 oz diced tomato
  • oz garlic
  • oz diced onion
  • 1 pinch black pepper and salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • cup red wine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch rosemary
  • 1 pinch cherry tomato for deco
  • 1 pinch cilantro for deco

Coat ribs with salt and black pepper according to your taste.

In a large frying pan, brown all sides of ribs at medium heat.

Add garlic, onion, tomato, red wine, ketchup, soy sauce, water, ¼ tsp of salt and sugar. Stir and bring to a boil before adding fresh rosemary.

Cover and braise for 2 hours at low heat. Add cherry tomatoes and cilantro.
