Almost everybody knows the simple recipe of spaghetti with tomato sauce, but how about trying to make it this time differently? Ripe red bell pepper is ideal to be preserved in a form of paste. Just prepare a tasty sauce by using onion garlic and fresh parsley. It is easy and vegetarian. Red bell pepper paste is easy to be prepared, just clean the peppers take out the middle and the seeds, and cook in water, so that they are soft and the skin could be peeled off. After just prepare the paste by using a blender or food processor. Cook the paste through, season with salt, and add to jars.

Ingredients:
  • Red bell pepper paste
  • 1 Pack Spaghetti
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Large Onion, diced
  • Bundley Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, black pepper to taste

Dice the onion and chop the garlic and the bundle of parsley.

Cook the spaghetti in the meantime.

Put some oil in a saucepan and saute onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the red bell pepper paste to the saucepan and mix it properly. Add the spaghetti to mix with the sauce, add fresh parsley on the top. Serve immediately.
