TOTAL TIME: 40 min
3 SERVING
Ingredients:
  • 1 Whole Sturgeon fish
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Bunch of Parsley, chopped
  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.4 Cup Olive oil
  • Bunch of Dill
  • 5 Large Potatoes, grated
  • Salt, pepper, paprika to taste the grated potatoes
  • 6 Large Pomegranates
  • 4 Large Eggs
Directions:
1
Wash the fish, take out the intestines, and then remove the backbone. Cut it into 0.7-inch slices.
2
Put ground black pepper, salt, chopped parsley, dill, garlic, and olive oil into the mortar. Crush them all together properly until it will become a green marinade.
3
Mix the green marinade with the fish slices.
4
Clean and grate the potatoes. Mix them with eggs, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
5
Cut the pomegranates in half and squeeze out the pomegranate juice. Put the juice on the grill and boil it.
6
Transfer the fish slices to the grill and grill them for about 25 minutes. Turn them from side to side from time to time.
7
While the fish is grilling, prepare a frying pan with some oil. Form small pancakes (half-inch wide) from the potatoes mixture and fry them on the oil.
8
When the fish and the potato pancakes are ready serve them with the pomegranate sauce and some flatbread. Enjoy!
