This is a no-egg, no-baked chocolate cake recipe. This low-sugar dessert should be cooked in just 5 minutes and kept in the refrigerator for a few hours. This cake tastes amazing. If you’re looking for a lighter cake, give this cake a try.

Ingredients:
  • 7 oz. Biscuits
  • 3.5 oz. Peanuts
  • 3.5 oz. Butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 5.2 oz. Chocolate
  • 10.5 oz. Cream cheese
  • 3.5 oz. Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cream 33%
  • White chocolate for decorating
Directions:

Roast the peanuts on a pan with a pinch of salt. Crush the peanuts with a food processor.

Crush the biscuits to a fine powder.

Add the crushed peanuts to the biscuits and add melted butter. Mix properly.

Push it into a mold and on the sides.

Whip the cream with powdered sugar.

Loosen the cream cheese with a hand mixer.

Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese and mix with a hand mixer to a smooth cream.

Cut the banana into smaller slices.

Add a thin layer of whipped cream to the mold with the crust and a layer of banana slices.

Then add another layer of whipped cream to that.

Melt the chocolate with cream until it is creamy.

Add a layer of chocolate on top of the whipped cream layer. Add another layer of chocolate to that.

Decorate with white chocolate shredded on the top of the cake. Keep it in the fridge to cool for a few hours and enjoy!
