  • 7 oz. Biscuits
  • 3.5 oz. Walnuts (or nuts of your choice)
  • 2.8 oz. Butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • 7 oz. Nutella chocolate
  • 14.1 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1.7 oz. Powdered sugar
  • 0.7 cup Heavy cream 33%
  • Additional nuts and chocolate for decorating

Prepare the Crust: Begin by finely crushing the biscuits into a crumb-like texture. You can do this using a food processor or by placing the biscuits in a zip-lock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Crush the whole nuts to your desired texture. You can leave some larger pieces for a crunchier texture.

In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits and nuts together. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture, along with a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

Set the Crust: Press this mixture into the bottom of a cake mold. Use the bottom of a glass to press it down firmly and evenly. This will be the base of your cheesecake.
