4 SERVING
Ingredients:
  • 15.5 oz. Chocolate biscuits
  • 6.3 oz. Butter
  • 5 tbsp. Milk
  • 1.7 oz. Condensed milk
  • 0.35 oz. Instant coffee
  • 4.5 oz. Dark chocolate
  • 17.6 oz. Cream cheese
Directions:
1
In a large bowl, crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs.
2
Combine the crushed biscuits with melted butter, and mix until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the base of a cake tin to form the crust. Place it in the fridge while you prepare the cream.
3
In a small bowl over medium-low heat, mix the milk with instant coffee, condensed milk, and melted dark chocolate. Stir until smooth. You can use a mixer to ensure it's well combined and smooth.
4
In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the coffee-chocolate mixture to the cream cheese, stirring until fully incorporated and smooth.
5
Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base. Sprinkle one-third of the remaining biscuit mixture on top. Repeat this layering process two more times, ending with a layer of cream cheese mixture on top.
6
Optionally, decorate the cake with grated milk chocolate for added sweetness. Place the cake in the fridge for a few hours to set and stabilize, allowing it to achieve a firmer texture. However, if you're short on time, you can serve it immediately.

Slice and enjoy!
