This T-bone steak with vegetables cooked on the grill is a perfect dish for any party occasion. T-bone steak seasoned properly is grilled two times. The big variety of vegetables grilled separately and also altogether with the steak is both juicy and satisfying. Accompanied with fresh salad and warm flatbread is just filling and tasty. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 4 Large Beef T-Bone Steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Large Potatoes
  • 6 Large Eggplants
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 8 Large Bell Pepper
  • 3 Large Tomatoes
  • 11 Large Carrots
  • 5 Large Onions
  • 1 Large Garlic
  • For the salad
  • 2 Bell peppers, diced
  • 2 Cucumbers, sliced
  • 3 Tomatoes, sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
Directions:

Cut the beef to 1 inch thick steaks. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour some olive oil on the steaks and massage the spices with the oil into them. Put on a pan/grill/barbecue place and turn when one side is grilled.

Add one piece of garlic to the steaks. Remove the steaks from the grill.

Clean the eggplants and cut them in half. Season them with salt and pepper. Grill them. Do the same with the carrots, cut them in half also.

Clean the bell peppers and cut them in half, season and put them on the grill and the same with potatoes, after cleaning slice them, and grill. Follow the same with the onions.

The last ones will be the tomatoes - cut in half and season. Then add the back the rest of the already grilled vegetables on the grill and add the steaks on the top of them, also leaving some vegetables to cover the steaks and grill them together under a cover.

Prepare the vegetable salad as a side dish by cleaning and cutting bell peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Season the salad with salt and pepper.

Serve the steak with the grilled vegetables and fresh salad also you can add some warmed flatbread. Enjoy!
