Bacon and Egg Fried Rice

- 2 oz. Bacon, Baked
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 3 counts Eggs
- 2 cup Cooked Rice, Cooked
- 0.25 cup Carrots, Finely Diced
- 0.25 cup Corn Kernel, Removed From Cob
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce [Seasoning]
- 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce [Seasoning]
- 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper
- 0.25 cup Green Peas
First, crush the baked bacon into small pieces by hand.
Finely dice carrots.
Cut fresh corn kernels off the cob. (Canned corn is fine for substitute.)
Put a tablespoon oil in a cooking pan, add in the beaten eggs and scramble.
Continue to add cooked rice, carrots, corn kernel, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ground black pepper.
Stir fry until evenly mixed.
Add some green peas and the bacon pieces, and quick stir fry a few times to complete.
